This year has been absolutely amazing. It marks 1/4 of a century for me! I had an exciting career in both fields and made many friends, lost some colleagues, got lots of talented students, lost talented students as well, lost a close friend, found a NEW LOVE!! Isn't life amazing? You lose something but you gain lots more.
I have learnt to be even more open minded, forgive as much as possible and embaced everyone with sincerity. Been doing that and have never been happier. :)
Jan 05:
- Officially stepped into Peak as a Senior Associate 2.
- Leaded team into an audit of a listed company
- Played host to a Switerland penpal and visited the Zoo AND night safari for the first time in 10 years.
Feb 05:
- Started my driving course, passed my basic theory
Mar 05:
- First experience in the Swiss Club. COOL!
Apr 05:
- Started teaching from 930am to 6pm on Sundays in JE
- Passed my Final Theory
May 05:
- Attended my beloved friend's ROM at Amara Hotel. She's so beautiful!
- Lead a team of more than 20 people to a government linked company audit.
Jun 05:
- Ping Yi won the CSTD Level 1 central scholarship and I was congratulate by many teachers and friends! :)
- Damaged lots of brain cells to design costumes for all my 7 recital items (including Clara)
- watched Royal ballet LIVE in esplanade!

- failed my first driving test. :(

- "I Dream" concert rehearsal
Sept 05:
- "I Dream" concert => managed to choreograph and stage 7 items for 54 students including Clara's scenes and Twinkle duet. :))
- Received the most number of teachers' day presents so far.
- Attended my close gal cousin's wedding. So touched by the entire event that I feel like getting married too!
- PASSed by driving on the 2nd attempt! :)))))

- Went to Bangkok for a girly shopping trip with Vee and Jas! REAL shiok!!!!!

- CSTD Exam. 5 HPs from Mrs Alback (apparently very strict examiner)! - very PROUD!

- Got my marchie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *COOL*
- Watched a 2nd wonderful performance (after Swan Lake) of 2005. - The Nutcracker by SDT
- Watched a 3rd beautiful performance of 2005 - "Qi" by AJC Dance Alumni. I was personally so touched by the sincerity of the dancers and was amazed by the improvement in dance technique and presentation that was displayed by both my seniors and juniors. WONDERFUL! I really hope this would not be the last AJ concert.
Phew... I have done so many things both in my audit and teaching career. Wonderful 2005! Really looking forward to 2006!
I got my new car!! Its so pretty and cute and round and purple! I love the car but of course I love my sister, S, and ballet more!
Been driving around Singapore everyday. Before I got the car, I was on job in Jurong for 2 weeks and in Kallang for 2 weeks - so actually I have not taken the mrt for quite long! These few days I have been driving to work. Its so cool! But I hate it when I get lots of stares from MALE drivers for the following reasons (I think):
1) Its a NEW car!
2) Its a march!
3) My driving sucks!
4) I'm a female driver!
No more squeezing with aunties on the MRT and don't have to stand from tampines all the way to Raffles place! Even when there is traffic jam I feel so good too! hahahahaa stupid me, can sit in the car and enjoy air con and listen to 933.
Fully understand why people still choose to drive to work despite expensive parking and traffic jams. Yeepi!!!!
Yesterday night I was very emotional for many reasons again:-
1) I miss Sam. Its beginning to feel like very virtual and unreal again. He better come soon to make things real again.
2) I suddenly feel that I have less friends?! what happen to all my JC classmates, Peirong, Janice and Peiyu?
3) Can't think of anymore but I just still feel werid.
